As a Technical Lead, your mission is to guide the engineering team at our Vietnam branch with strong technical leadership and hands-on support. You will play a key role in mentoring engineers, promoting agile development practices, and making important technical decisions related to system architecture, frameworks, and development processes.
Whether you are Japanese or Vietnamese, you will collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams and stakeholders. Additionally, you will be expected to implement the principles of DORA DevOps and guide the organization in adopting trunk-based development practices to streamline delivery and accelerate innovation.
